1. How do I secure my Mirador pergola to the ground?
Your Mirador pergola comes with anchor bolts that allow you to secure it to any flat concrete surface.
2. I live in a region that gets a lot of snow or wind. Will this damage my Mirador pergola?
Mirador pergolas are designed to exceed most building codes. Depending on which model you purchase, your Mirador pergola has a snow load capacity of 67.9 or 86.9 kg/m² and a wind speed rating of 117 or 134km/h. In extreme weather conditions, we strongly recommend keeping the louvers open.
3. Is it difficult to assemble and install my Mirador pergola?
We’ve made assembly and installation as easy as possible. Your Mirador pergola comes with a dedicated toolbox for attaching all screws, bolts and other parts. We also provide a manual and instruction videos. On average, two people with a basic set of tools can install a Mirador pergola in roughly four hours. We also offer professional on-site installation services in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. 4. Do I require a building permit to install my Mirador pergola?

Wow! Goes up easy, stands solid, looks great and works flawlessly. I researched for weeks, read a million reviews, seeked word of mouth referrals and settled on Mirador. I'm VERY happy with my decision.

Well designed and easy to assemble. We did 2 pergolas in 2 days. Upper Midwest weather so we will see how well they hold up over time, but so far I��m happy with quality, ease to assemble, and construction. We raised ours to clear windows and could level them to house instead of concrete. My one complaint is that Mirador should have leg extensions for this with leveling feature, and also a longer crank handle.
I just finished assembling the 10x10 pergola. It went together very easy. I had my neighbor help me stand up the four poles to connect the cross beams but other than that, I did everything myself. They included extra hardware incase I dropped something which is very nice. The only thing I didn't like were the anchors. The drill bit supplied didn't fit my hammer drill and I don't like the sleeve anchors, so I went out and bought some screw anchors which I think work much better.
We just built our 10x13 DA so I can��t speak to its durability yet. But, I want to get a review out here praising the customer service. They were responsive and very helpful when we wanted to switch our order around. Our shipping company did well and had good communication. We had a fairly easy time building the pergola. Four people was ideal for us.
We love ours, very sturdy, well made, customer service is outstanding.Ours had several luvers that were damage and the company took care of sending the replacement quickly.
We ordered the 10" x 13" pergola in wood grain. Everything was well packaged with no damages and all pieces and parts were complete. Instructions were pretty good. Definitely need at least 3-4 people to raise and attach the top cross beams. The only hiccup we had was trying to make the posts exactly vertical. Just make sure the distances between posts at top & bottom are exact to accomodate a screen.
Very good quality!! Unfortunately, the packaging was a bit heavy. The driver only came alone :-( Assembly was very easy!! Excellent instructions.
