How long does delivery take?
Orders from Germany, France, and the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3–4 weeks.
How does the drainage system work, and is the roof waterproof?
With the roof closed, the system is waterproof. Water is guided via overlapping louvers into the internal gutter and drained through the columns. An integrated slope ensures controlled drainage to one side. In case of strong winds and heavy rains, we recommend opening the louvers and covering the furniture well.

Yes, we strongly recommend a stable foundation for your pergola. To ensure optimal stability, we suggest installing it on a concrete slab, point foundations, or a wooden deck.
