1.Order Processing Time

We typically process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after order confirmation and payment are received.   

2.Estimated Delivery Time

● Germany, France, Netherlands: Orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2  weeks after the order is placed.

*As our products are large items, transportation requires a specific amount of time.  Please  note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.    

3.Shipping Fees

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products under normal conditions.

●  No hidden charges or handling fees  

4.Shipping Restrictions and Notes

● We use professional freight forwarders to transport oversized goods.

● Please ensure someone is available to sign for large shipments upon delivery.

● We currently only ship to Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
