Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between ZT Outdoor Living GmbH (hereinafter “Seller”) and consumers (hereinafter “Buyer”) for the purchase of products via this online store.

1. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller. Prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

2. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer. Shipping costs are clearly stated before purchase. Delivery times are indicated individually for each product.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The purchase price is due upon order confirmation.

4. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all products. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

6. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it affects life, body, health or contractual obligations.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s habitual residence.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
