1. How do I secure my Mirador pergola to the ground?
Your Mirador pergola comes with anchor bolts that allow you to secure it to any flat concrete surface.

2. I live in a region that gets a lot of snow or wind. Will this damage my Mirador pergola?
Mirador pergolas are designed to exceed most building codes. Depending on which model you purchase, your Mirador pergola has a snow load capacity of 67.9 or 86.9 kg/m² and a wind speed rating of 117 or 134km/h. In extreme weather conditions, we strongly recommend keeping the louvers open.

3. Is it difficult to assemble and install my Mirador pergola?
We’ve made assembly and installation as easy as possible. Your Mirador pergola comes with a dedicated toolbox for attaching all screws, bolts and other parts. We also provide a manual and instruction videos. On average, two people with a basic set of tools can install a Mirador pergola in roughly four hours. 4. Do I require a building permit to install my Mirador pergola?

5. Why is a 4m deep pergola priced higher than a 3m deep model?
A 4m deep pergola requires significantly stronger engineering. To achieve the same structural performance, the louvers are made thicker and more heavily reinforced, increasing both raw material and precision manufacturing costs. Additionally, these oversized components require larger packaging, which leads to higher international and local transportation costs.
From a user perspective, total square footage alone doesn't tell the whole story—for instance, while a 3×6 m model covers more area, a 4m depth creates a far more versatile and luxurious living space. This extra meter of depth provides greater flexibility for large furniture layouts and smoother movement flow.
